Sometimes we just need someone to help us make sense of what is going on in our lives. In session, you bring your experiences and concerns, and I bring my techniques and tools to help sort things out!

Sometimes it can be comforting to receive support from others who've been in a similar situation. In group therapy, clients form a community of support for one another.
