What insurance is accepted?
At this time, there are select insurance companies that I am in network with. I only accept the listed insurance providers through the Alma and Headway platforms.

What if you have insurance that I am not in network with?
It is best to first check with your insurance provider to inquire about out of network (OON) benefits.
If there is an option for you to use OON benefits, you can book sessions with me using Advekit https://www.advekit.com/therapists/rebecca-brown
If you prefer to communicate and coordinate directly with your insurance carrier on your own regarding OON benefits or reimbursement, I can provide you with a superbill.
How much are sessions?
45 minute ongoing session $200
*Please note, there is a $6.10 service fee charge for card transactions. *
Is there a sliding scale for fees?
Depending on availability, I may be able to offer a sliding scale fee.
What methods of payment do you accept?
I accept credit/debit card and Venmo. *There is a $6.10 service charge for credit/debit card payments*
Telemental Health ( Virtual) or In Person?
I only hold virtual sessions at this time. Please schedule a consultation to see if virtual sessions are right for you!
How long does each therapy session take?
Consultations are 50-60 minutes long depending on your individual case.
Ongoing sessions are 45 minutes long.
How long will I need to be in therapy for?
The process of therapy is unique for each client. Some clients spend months in therapy while others spend years. We will work closely to determine the right amount of time for you.
How often are sessions?
Sessions are at least once a week, but we can discuss the possibility of meeting more than once a week if necessary.
What ages does Rebecca work with?
I work with adults ages 18 and over.
What happens if Rebecca is not available and I need to speak with someone?
In the event of an emergency or need for immediate assistance, please call 911 or visit the nearest Emergency Center to you.
