How long does each therapy session take?

Consultations are 45-60 minutes long depending on your individual case.

Ongoing sessions are 45 minutes long. 

Do you take insurance?

While I do not accept insurance, you can inquire with your insurance provider about out of network benefits. If you are interested, we can discuss how I can assist with filing out the required paperwork in the event that you are able to be reimbursed by your insurance carrier. 

How much are sessions?

In Person:

Consultation: $200

45 minute ongoing session $200


Virtual:

45 Minute session $200


*Please note, there is a $4.00 service fee charge for card transactions. *

Do you offer sliding scale rates?

Depending on availability, I may be able to offer a sliding scale fee.

Telemental Health ( Virtual) or In Person?

Sessions are only offered virtually at this time. Please schedule a consultation to see if virtual sessions are right for you! 

How long will I need to be in therapy for?

The process of therapy is unique for each client.  Some clients spend months in therapy while others spend years. We will work closely to determine the right amount of time for you.

How often are sessions?

Sessions are at least once a week, but we can discuss the possibility of meeting more than once a week if necessary.

What ages do you work with?

I work with adults ages 18 and over.

What methods of  payment do you accept?

I accept cash, credit/debit card and Venmo. *There is a $4.00 service charge for credit/debit card payments*

What happens if you are not available and I need to speak with someone?

 In the event of an emergency or need for immediate assistance, please call 911 or visit the nearest Emergency Center to you.
